I had a decent stay at the hotel. The rooms were modern and very clean, which was a big plus. The staff was friendly and helpful for the most part, but a misunderstanding occurred with one of the managers that left a bit of a negative impression. The location was excellent for exploring downtown Hot Springs, but I found the breakfast offerings to be lacking. Overall, it was a good value for money with some areas needing improvement.
